Dear Poughkeepsie Community Member,
We are the student officers of Spack Onstage, Spackenkill High School’s Drama Club. We are writing to you today to ask for your support of our club during our 2022-2023 season. With your help, we hope to raise funds to put on the very best productions we can while learning about theatre and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
A little about our organization: Spack Onstage is a student group at Spackenkill High School that consists of about 75 students that produce two full-scale productions each year along with smaller performances from time to time. The group consists of cast members looking to hone their performance skills in singing, dancing, and acting as well as technical crew members who focus on the design and production elements of theatre. We are advised and music directed by Mr. Holden Maiorana (holden.maiorana@sufsdny.org) and stage directed by Mr. Cody Usher (cody.usher@sufsdny.org).
All of our funding comes directly from ticket sales and generous donations from our community who invest in arts education. All donations that our club collects are put directly into our club costs which include paying for the performance/royalties of our productions, purchasing set construction materials (lumber, tools, etc.), updating lighting and sound equipment for our shows, and buying/renting costume pieces.
On the back of this letter, you will find the various levels of donations that you are able to make along with the incentives that come along with each donor level. If you are in a position to do so, we would so greatly appreciate your patronage for our 2022-2023 season.

All checks should be made out to “Spackenkill Activity Fund”. Donation forms can be given to any member of Spack Onstage, or mailed directly to Mr. Maiorana at the following address:
